Fiction

On this piece, I found it kind of tricky trying to come up with a piece that isn’t real. So I thought of a theme that is realistic in order to write this paper. I just started writing and when I finished I was able to come up with a title. It was some what inspirational, it was something that many could relate but it was difficult because it was something I went through similarly and that gave many emotion towards it.

Memoir

Writing a memoir felt very difficult to even write about. Out of all the things I felt that were very much important, I wrote about the one that stood with me forever and that was the time I became a mother at a young age. I am proud and I wrote this piece with lots of pride because it is one of those things that turned me into who I am today. The inspiration came from my son who in a few months will be turning 5 years old. It was a difficult piece to do because there were many things that came back to the time when I was going through around that time.

Poetry

The two poems I wrote were something that I felt needed to be let off my chest. A couple things I was going through that was stressing me out during the time and I turned it into a poem. The inspiration came from the two main things that have been running through my mind day and night. It was a bit difficult because I wanted to rhyme but I realized that was a bit difficult to do when writing a poem.

Monologue

For this piece, I had so much difficulty because I didn’t know what a monologue was to even begin with. I had to use youtube and google to figure out what a monologue was. I finally decided to write about a girl who  was pregnant and birth a baby without telling her best friend and the inspiration came from a movie named “Love, Rosie” and also with what I am going through.
